Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Typically 3 years in IT/clinical environment with BPM, analysis, requirements and testing experience.
• Experience with Epic and healthcare applications; project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, map, measure, analyze and improve Epic workflows and business processes.
• Translate user requirements into functional/technical design specifications and review with users.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation per department standards.
• Develop training materials and train end users on new/updated workflows.
• Communicate project status and manage application upgrades for assigned systems.
