Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an Epic Analyst to map, analyze, and optimize clinical and business processes across Epic applications. You will engage with users, translate requirements into technical designs, and contribute to training and documentation efforts.

The role requires 3+ years in IT/clinical settings, knowledge of Epic and healthcare systems, and strong project management and communication skills. Fully remote with standard dayshift duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Typically requires 3 years in IT or clinical environment with business process mapping and analysis.
• Experience in Epic and other Healthcare applications.
• Project management experience with ability to use project management software.

Responsibilities

• Identify, map, measure, analyze and improve routine to moderately complex clinical and business processes for Epic applications.
• Perform workflow analysis and map critical business processes using industry standards and best practices.
• Prepare documentation for requirements using diagrams, data flows, models and diagrams.
• Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications and review with users.
