Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an Epic Analyst to identify, map, and optimize clinical and business processes within Epic applications. The role involves workflow analysis, documenting requirements, system configuration, and testing to ensure optimal performance.

The candidate will develop training materials, assist users, and maintain product documentation while communicating project status and upgrades to clinic teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Typically 3 years in an IT or clinical environment with business process mapping, analysis, requirements definition and testing.
• Experience with Epic and other Healthcare applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify, map, analyze, and improve Epic clinical/business processes.
• Perform workflow analysis and map critical business processes.
• Prepare documentation for business requirements using diagrams and models.
• Configure systems to meet business requirements and test accordingly.
• Develop test plans, cases, and scripts; manage end-to-end testing.
