Advocate Health is seeking a skilled IT/EPIC Analyst to map, analyze and optimize clinical and business workflows within Epic environments. The role entails full-time, dayshift work with on-call responsibilities and a fully remote setup for eligible US-based candidates.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, 3+ years in IT/clinical settings with business-process mapping, and Epic certification or equivalent healthcare application experience.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience of 3+ years in an IT or clinical environment with business process mapping and requirement gathering.
Experience with Epic and other healthcare applications.

Mansioni

Identify, map, measure, analyze and improve Epic workflows and related business processes.
Perform current and future workflow analyses and map critical processes.
Prepare documentation for business requirements using diagrams and data models.
Configure Epic systems to meet business requirements and test accordingly.
Develop test plans, test cases, and validate performance of functions.
Conduct testing across unit, integration, system and UAT; track issues and document outcomes.
Create training materials and support end-users on Epic applications.
