Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a remote Epic Ambulatory Analyst to map, analyze, and optimize clinical workflows within the Epic suite. You will translate user needs into functional specs, configure systems, and support testing, training, and rollout processes.

The role requires 3+ years in IT or clinical settings with BPM and requirements analysis; Epic Ambulatory experience or certification is preferred. Expect full-time hours with on-call rotation, remote work from eligible states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Typically 3 years in IT or clinical environment with BPM, requirements analysis, testing, and documentation.
• Epic Ambulatory experience or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Map, analyze and improve Epic Ambulatory and related workflows.
• Develop business requirements, data models, and functional specs for Epic configurations.
• Coordinate testing plans, user acceptance, and training materials.
• Communicate project status and upgrade impacts to clinic users.
