Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a remote Enterprise Transformation Senior Professional to coordinate Green Glove engagement activities, develop content, analyze performance data, and collaborate across teams to strengthen customer and agent experiences.

You will lead programs end-to-end, refine communications, and drive continuous improvement using metrics. Travel may be required; the role requires strong PM skills and the ability to deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading projects, programs, initiatives, or operations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience creating communications, presentations, training materials, or engagement content.
• Experience using data and metrics to measure performance and drive improvements.
• Proven ability to independently manage projects and deliver high-quality results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in developing clear, visually engaging materials.
• Demonstrated ability to create effective content and training materials with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute Green Glove engagement activities, communications, events, and recognition programs.
• Develop, review, and refine communications, presentations, training materials, and engagement content.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement activities, processes, and program effectiveness.
• Support the planning, testing, rollout, and ongoing management of Green Glove initiatives.
• Maintain program documentation, engagement metrics, activity calendars, and reporting.
• Build effective working relationships across MarketPoint and partner teams.
