Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Green Glove engagement program from planning through execution.

You will coordinate activities, craft clear communications, and ensure events and recognition programs run on schedule with stakeholders across the enterprise. You will analyze feedback and performance data to identify improvements, maintain comprehensive program documentation, and collaborate with MarketPoint and partner teams to align initiatives and drive impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading projects, programs, initiatives, or operations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Experience creating communications, presentations, training materials, or engagement content.
• Experience using data and metrics to measure performance and drive improvements.
• Proven ability to independently manage projects and deliver high-quality results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in developing clear, visually engaging materials.
• Demonstrated ability to create effective content and training materials with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Program Operations: Coordinate and execute Green Glove engagement activities, communications, events, and recognition programs.
• Content and Communications: Develop, review, and refine communications, presentations, training materials, and engagement content.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve engagement activities, processes, and program effectiveness.
• Program Support and Coordination: Plan, test, rollout, and manage Green Glove initiatives with partners; track progress and logistics.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain program docs, engagement metrics, and calendars; provide updates on participation and outcomes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Build relationships across MarketPoint and partner teams; align around initiatives.
