Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• 5+ years using data and metrics to identify opportunities.
• Experience improving customer, agent, or associate experiences.
• Experience designing and delivering training or capability-building programs.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex initiatives from concept through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap Ownership: Develop and manage a roadmap focused on enhancing the sales experience with KPI focus.
• Outcome Ownership: Translate goals into measurable outcomes and drive growth and engagement.
• Opportunity Identification: Collaborate to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve member experiences.
• Problem Analysis: Investigate root causes and synthesize information to inform decisions.
• Solution Development and Refinement: Define requirements, test, implement, and refine solutions.
• Change Leadership: Build alignment across teams and enable execution.
• Performance Reporting and Governance: Measure results and guide future actions with data.
