Qualifications

• 8+ years technical experience in Payor Operations.
• 5+ years in project leadership.
• 5+ years in process improvement.
• 5+ years executive communications (reports, presentations, etc).

Responsibilities

• Plan, perform and implement end-to-end process improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma across divisions or matrixed teams.
• Lead highly visible, cross-functional initiatives from concept through closure with project plans, milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Collect and analyze data to determine root causes and measure performance against requirements.
• Provide guidance on re-engineering techniques to improve performance, readiness and outcomes.
• Support communication planning by creating and distributing presentations, newsletters and status updates.
