Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years leading projects, programs, or strategic initiatives.
• 5+ years using data and metrics to identify opportunities and measure outcomes.
• Experience improving customer, agent, or associate experiences through process or operational enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap ownership: build and manage a roadmap to enhance the sales experience with growth, retention, and engagement KPIs.
• Outcome ownership: translate goals into actionable, measurable results and drive delivery.
• Opportunity identification: collaborate to identify and prioritize opportunities using feedback and data.
• Problem analysis: investigate complex challenges and derive root causes.
• Solution development: define requirements, design, test, and implement improvements.
• Change leadership: align teams, navigate ambiguity, and drive action.
• Performance reporting: measure initiatives and guide future actions with data.
