Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6+ years of technical experience in related fields.
• 2+ years of project experience with demonstrated results.
• Experience with process improvement or process design and implementation.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office tools.
• Passionate about improving consumer experiences in health services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation planning from intake to launch, stabilization, and scale.
• Manage detailed implementation plans with milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and communication strategies.
• Facilitate readiness activities to prepare teams for implementation and launch.
• Identify and mitigate risks to improve delivery, adoption, and performance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Workforce Management, Training, Quality, Compliance, Technology, Marketing, Analytics, and other partners.
• Monitor adoption, launch outcomes, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Communicate updates, risks and decisions to partners and leaders.
• Support post-launch stabilization and sustained performance.
