Job summary

Handshake is seeking a Support Specialist, Contractor to provide expert support for employer, student, and career services users. This six-month contract may extend or convert if performance aligns with company needs.

You will engage via email, phone, and video, resolving complex technical questions for diverse customers from small groups to major brands. You will work closely with the Support Team to deliver efficient assistance, identify trends, and improve customer experience and team

Responsibilities

• Process ~20–30 emails per day.
• Handle ~10 calls in a 4-hour shift.
• Attend team meetings 1–3 times weekly.
• Perform administrative tasks and daily updates.
