Job summary

Handshake is seeking a Support Specialist, Contractor, to provide expert email, phone, and video consultation for employer, student, and career services users. This 6-month contract may extend or convert based on fit.

You will resolve wide-ranging questions and build strong customer relationships while working with support and product teams. You’ll handle a high volume of tickets, collaborate across departments, and contribute to a seamless Handshake experience for customers ranging from small

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication for customer support
• Ability to troubleshoot across enterprise tools and reports
• Comfort with high-volume ticket handling and technical queries

Responsibilities

• Provide email and phone support to Handshake customers using internal ticketing systems.
• Resolve questions, bugs, and workflow issues with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Collaborate with Support, Success, Product, and Engineering teams to improve the customer experience.
• Attend team meetings and perform administrative tasks to maintain ticket queues and learnings.
