Job summary

Handshake is seeking a Support Specialist, Contractor to provide enterprise-level support to employers, students, and career services users. This 6-month contract may extend or convert based on fit. Expect to handle technical email, phone, and video sessions for a range of customers from small schools to large brands.

You will work with the Support team to unblock users, share insights with Product and Success teams, and improve the customer experience. Candidates located in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent email and phone support to Handshake customers.
• Resolve questions, bugs, and workflow issues within defined SLAs.
