This role involves technical troubleshooting, reporting, and close collaboration with multiple Handshake teams during a 6‑month contract with potential extension or conversion.

• Provide 40 hours per week of email and phone support during business hours.
• Resolve 20-30 email tickets and 10 phone calls daily.
• Attend 1-3 team meetings weekly.
• Handle administrative tasks and daily announcements.
• Utilize internal tools and help center to find quality answers.
• Collaborate with Support, Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Unblock users and improve customer experience.
• Maintain excellent response and resolution times.
