Handshake is seeking a Support Specialist, Contractor to provide email, phone, and video support for employers, students and career services clients. This is a 6‑month contract with potential extension or conversion based on fit.

You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, guide users through complex workflows, and write tailored responses while building relationships. Daily work includes resolving 20–30 emails and about 10 calls.

Remote in the United States during business hours, Monday through Friday.

Mansioni

• Provide email, phone and video support to Handshake customers via internal ticketing systems.
• Resolve 20–30 email tickets per day and ~10 calls within a 4‑hour shift.
• Attend team meetings 1–3 times per week; perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Unblock users and share trends with Support, Success, and Product teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and workflows.
