Job summary

Handshake is seeking a Support Specialist, Contractor to assist employer, student, and career services users with technical support. You’ll handle email, phone, and video consultations, resolving a mix of questions, bugs, and workflow needs.

This is a 6-month contract with potential extension or conversion based on fit and business needs. You will collaborate with Support, Success, and Product teams to unblock users, share learnings, and improve the overall Handshake experience.
