Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Manager of Solutions Engineering for Enterprise to build and lead a high-performing presales team. You will recruit, mentor, and coach engineers, executives, and sellers to drive adoption of Grafana products across OSS and commercial offerings.

You’ll work with product, engineering, and marketing to shape go-to-market programs and ensure customer success post-sale. The role is remote, global in scope, with a West Coast base preference and a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the high tech industry with leadership/mentoring experience.
• Direct experience mentoring, developing people and managing performance over time.
• Open Source selling or Cloud-first / Product-led go-to-market a big plus.
• Direct experience implementing a formal sales methodology, e.g. MEDDPICC, and guiding customers through complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Attract, recruit, ramp, and mentor a team of presales SEs from diverse backgrounds.
• Lead from the front with executive sponsorship of key accounts in the region.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive adoption, awareness, and outcomes.
• Own and report quarterly plans, pipelines, and regional metrics.
