Job summary

Grafana Labs, the open observability company, is seeking a Manager of Solutions Engineering for the NEMEA region. You will build and lead a high-performing team of Solution Engineers, partner with sales and product teams, and drive adoption of Grafana products across OSS and commercial offerings.

Located in Sweden with 100% remote work, you will recruit, mentor, and scale the regional team, own the quarterly plan, and sponsor key accounts while aligning the roadmap to customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in the high-tech industry with leadership roles such as Developer, Architect, Sales Engineer/Architect or Manager.
• Experience in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.
• Proven mentoring and performance management experience.
• Open Source selling or Cloud-first GTM experience is a plus.
• Direct experience implementing sales methodologies (COM, Value selling, MEDDPICC).
• Experience selling monitoring/data/visualisation products and owning a book of business.
• English fluency; a second European language is preferred.
• Located in Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Attract, recruit, ramp and mentor a team of Presales SEs.
• Lead with servant-based leadership and mentor career development.
• Direct day-to-day work based on guidance from leadership and regional planning.
• Partner with Benelux/NEMEA Sales on programs, marketing and events.
• Provide executive sponsorship of key regional accounts.
• Develop programs to enable customer adoption of Grafana technologies.
• Align product roadmap with customer feedback and data-driven wins/losses.
• Own quarterly cadence of the team with demos, trials and POVs.
• Drive enablement and collaboration with channel partners.
