Job summary

Grafana Labs, the open observability company, is seeking a Manager of Solutions Engineering for the NEMEA region. You will build and lead a high-performing team of Solution Engineers, partner with Sales leadership, and drive post-sale adoption of Grafana products through services and success programs.

This remote-first role is based in Sweden, with compensation in SEK and a global, collaborative culture. You’ll influence product roadmap with customer feedback, mentor staff, and help exceed

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in high tech; leadership roles such as developer/manager.
• Experience in fast-paced remote-first startup environments.
• Proven mentoring and people development track record.
• Open Source selling or Cloud-first GTM experience is a plus.
• Familiar with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks.
• Experience selling monitoring/visualization products.

Responsibilities

• Attract, recruit, ramp and mentor a team of Presales SEs.
• Adopt servant-based leadership; balance field duties with team needs.
• Direct planning, actions and outcomes of the region with leadership guidance.
• Partner with Benelux/NEMEA Sales on programs, marketing and events to drive adoption.
• Executive sponsorship of key accounts in the region; be a thought leader.
• Understand customers’ adoption strategies and develop enablement programs.
• Prioritize customer requirements with Product and Engineering using data-driven approaches.
• Own quarterly cadence of the team; support demos, deep dives, trials and POVs.
• Drive enablement and sell with through channel partners.
