Job summary

Grafana Labs is hiring a Manager of Solutions Engineering for the AMER region, fully remote in the United States. You will build and lead a high-performing presales team, influence roadmaps with customers, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption of Grafana’s OSS and cloud products.

You will own the regional strategy, mentor team members, and sponsor key accounts while shaping go-to-market programs and field execution to exceed regional targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the high tech industry in roles such as Developer, Sales Engineer/Architect, or Manager.
• Experience mentoring and developing people and managing performance over time.
• Experience in Open Source selling or Cloud-first/Product-led go-to-market motions is a plus.
• Direct experience implementing formal sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
• Experience selling monitoring, data, or visualization products.

Responsibilities

• Attract, recruit, ramp, and mentor a team of Presales SEs from diverse backgrounds.
• Lead from the front with an executive sponsorship of key accounts in the region.
• Plan, guide, and own the regional strategy and outcomes with sales leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption and community programs.
• Own quarterly PG plans and build pipeline for new logo targets.
