Grafana Labs is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to join our remote-first team. You will educate potential and existing customers, enabling success with demonstrations, hands-on enablement, and technical evaluations across a global audience.

Youll collaborate with Sales to present Grafana value, own technical engagements, and help close opportunities with credibility. We value autonomy, transparency, and a strong technical mindset in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• Experience with Open Source technologies or in Metrics/Monitoring space is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication to collaborate with remote teams and customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving startup with varied, complex duties and strong judgment.

Responsibilities

• Join as an early member of a high-growth team solving technical and customer problems the right way.
• Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
• Own the technical engagement with customers and help close high-velocity opportunities through knowledge, skill, and credibility.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape.
• Drive product conversations based on need learned from customer interactions.
• Collaborate to enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, and create enablement material.
