Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Manager of Solutions Engineering for Majors to build and lead a high‑performing presales team across the US. You’ll recruit, mentor, and coach engineers, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption of Grafana OSS and cloud products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high tech roles such as Developer, Sales Engineer or Manager.

Responsibilities

• Attract, recruit, ramp, and mentor a team of Presales SEs.
• Lead with a coaching mindset and balance field duties with team needs.
• Executive sponsorship of key regional accounts and thought leadership.
• Direct day-to-day work based on leadership goals and region planning.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Community events to drive Grafana awareness.
• Understand customer adoption strategies and develop enablement programs.
• Collaborate with Product Management & Engineering to deliver customer value.
• Own quarterly team plans and pipeline targeting new logos.
• Develop regional plan around pipeline and target accounts.
