Job summary

Grafana Labs seeks a Manager of Solutions Engineering for Majors to build and run a high-performing team of Presales SEs, owning regional GTM and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive adoption of Grafana OSS and commercial products.

You will lead from the front with a coaching mindset, sponsor key accounts, and shape the regional strategy to exceed targets while aligning with global initiatives. This is a 100% remote, international role.

Qualifications

Experience mentoring and developing people over time.
Proven ability to own a book of business and exceed quarterly targets.
Direct experience in Open Source selling or Cloud-first go-to-market motions is a big plus.
Direct experience implementing formal sales methodologies and strategic frameworks.

Responsibilities

Attract, recruit, ramp, and mentor a team of Presales SEs.
Lead from the front with a coaching mindset and a player/coach approach.
Provide executive sponsorship of key regional accounts to drive success.
Direct day-to-day work based on guidance from leadership and regional goals.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Community programs to drive awareness and adoption.
Understand customer strategies and develop enablement programs and collateral.
Ensure customer requirements align with product through PM and Engineering.
Own quarterly cadence of the team and manage discovery, demos, interviews, and workshops.
Support pipeline growth by planning with sales and leadership for new logo targets.
