Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to partner with customers at the executive level to architect business and technical solutions that drive revenue growth and product adoption.

You will build trusted relationships with CIO/CTO/COO and other senior stakeholders, design end-to-end transformations, and lead strategy engagements across global accounts. This hybrid/remote role includes travel and offices in Chicago or South San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing engineering role in a global software enterprise.
• 5+ years in pre-sales or architect roles.
• Experience in payments, billing, fintech space is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define customer strategy as part of the Stripe account team.
• Close complex opportunities and accelerate solution adoption.
• Engage with CIO/CTO/COO and other leaders to drive technical wins.
• Design end-to-end customer transformations with Stripe solutions.
• Present findings in executive briefings, readouts and workshops.
