Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Solutions Architect to partner with C-level executives and technical decision makers, delivering prescriptive solutions and driving monetization opportunities.

You will architect end-to-end business solutions, align with customer roadmaps, and help expand Stripe’s footprint across global markets. Travel ~25% and collaboration across sales, product, and engineering are core to the role.

Qualifications

• Experience as an enterprise architect, senior solution architect or principal solution engineer.
• Proven track record advising enterprise-grade SaaS/Platform companies.
• Strong leadership and communication with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of an account team with deep involvement in defining the customer strategy.
• Identify and close new complex opportunities and accelerate solution adoption; align with customer roadmaps.
• Drive thought leadership and be a trusted advisor for key business and technical stakeholders (CIO, CTO, COO, CRO, etc.).
• Design and apply Stripe solutions to customer challenges; articulate end-to-end transformation journeys and roadmaps with integrations.
• Conduct business analysis and background research on customers, industries, and competitors to support growth.
• Lead strategy engagements to align to business priorities and secure technical wins through executive briefings and solution demos.
• Expand Stripe’s footprint within accounts to new global markets and business units with new capabilities and local payment methods.
• Voice of the Customer to bring insights to leadership, product and engineering teams.
