Qualifications

3+ years of pre-sales leadership experience
10+ years in a technical sales/consulting/GTM role
Track record of leading solution architecture/engineering teams in SaaS/payments

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, lead, and retain a world-class pre-sales team
Be an advocate for the solution architecture group
Drive executive engagement with customers and cross-functional partners
Partner with Sales Leaders to identify opportunities and execute strategies
Align with Sales, Marketing, and Product/Tech teams to create joint go-to-market plans
Serve as technical sponsor on key deals and lead executive business calls
Represent Stripe at events and shape strategy with product teams
