Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead high‑impact engagements with enterprise customers, guiding both business and technical strategy. You’ll build trust with CIOs, CTOs and senior leaders, shaping roadmaps and monetization opportunities across Stripe’s product portfolio.

You’ll travel ~25% and work either in a Stripe office or remotely within the United States, collaborating with Sales, Product Management and Engineering to accelerate customer success and growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing engineering role (solution consultant/architect) for a global software enterprise.
• 5+ years in pre-sales
• Experience in payments/billing/invoicing/fintech space
• Executive engagement with senior decision-makers and credibility across levels
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of a Stripe account team shaping customer strategy.
• Identify and close complex opportunities while aligning with customer roadmaps.
• Engage with CIO/CTO/COO/CRO/CDO and other leaders to drive adoption of Stripe solutions.
• Design end-to-end customer transformations and roadmaps with integrations.
• Lead customer discovery, executive briefings, and solution demos to win technical and business buy-in.
