Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to partner with our customers, engaging C-level and technical decision makers to drive growth and monetization opportunities. You will architect end-to-end business solutions and guide strategic initiatives across Stripe’s product portfolio, collaborating with sales, support, and product management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing engineering role such as solution consultant or solutions architect.
• 5+ years of pre-sales experience.
• Experience in payments, billing, invoicing, issuing or fintech space.
• Executive engagement skills with senior decision makers.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the customer strategy as a Stripe account team member.
• Identify and close new complex opportunities, and accelerate solution adoption.
• Lead executive briefings, readouts, presentations, workshops and demos with CIO/CTO/COO and other leaders.
• Design and articulate end-to-end customer transformation journeys and roadmaps with Stripe solutions.
• Perform business analysis and market research to support growth of the customer's business.
• Expand Stripe footprint within accounts to new markets and business units.
• Act as Voice of the Customer to inform leadership, product and engineering teams.
• Collaborate on sales forecasting and quarterly business reviews; plan strategically.
