Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to partner with our customers’ leadership teams and design end-to-end monetization solutions. You will influence revenue growth by aligning Stripe’s capabilities with customer roadmaps and driving strategic engagements across product, engineering, and sales.

The role emphasizes consultative leadership, deep domain expertise in payments/fintech, and the ability to travel for customer engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing engineering role (solution consultant, solutions architect, sales engineer) for a global software enterprise.
• 5+ years of pre-sales experience.
• Experience in payments, billing, invoicing, issuing, banking or fintech space.
• Executive engagement with senior decision makers and credibility at all levels.
• Outstanding communication, presentation skills, and ability to explain complex concepts.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Build highly consultative trusted relationships with C-level and other key stakeholders to provide business and technical thought leadership.
• Architect business models and end-to-end solutions that enable monetization opportunities for customers and Stripe.
• Define customer strategy within accounts and align Stripe capabilities with roadmaps.
• Drive thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor for business and technical leaders.
• Lead engagements to align priorities, design solutions, and secure technical wins.
• Expand Stripe footprint within accounts by introducing new capabilities and payment methods.
• Represent Voice of the Customer to product and engineering leadership.
