Cribl is seeking an Enterprise Regional Sales Manager for a remote-first role based out of Southern California. You will own the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing, building strong relationships with security and IT leaders.

The role emphasizes quota attainment, strategic account planning, and clear value articulation of Cribl's observability and SIEM solutions across C-level stakeholders. This position offers remote work with local presence in the territory.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota carrying Enterprise Security sales experience targeting SIEM & Observability
• Experience selling to CISO/CIO and IT personas
• Track record of landing 5+ new logos per year
• Experience selling through a channel-led motion
• Experience using MEDDIC methodology

Responsibilities

• Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals
• Manage and maintain the entire sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing
• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
• Articulate Cribl's value proposition up to CxO level
• Forecasting predictably and hitting sales targets
• Remote-first collaboration across multiple time zones
