Job summary

Creative Force is seeking an Enterprise SDR Team Lead to build and scale our sales development motion in the Enterprise market. You will generate qualified opportunities while shaping processes, messaging, and standards to drive team performance.

You will coach SDRs, lead by example in prospecting, and collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives, Sales leadership, and Marketing to target the right accounts. This is a remote role with strong cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Enterprise SDR/BDR or related role.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a team while owning pipeline.
• Ability to build scalable lead-generation playbooks and processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the SDR team to generate qualified opportunities.
• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives and Marketing to target accounts.
• Develop playbooks, messaging, and qualification standards for enterprise prospecting.
• Own a portion of your own pipeline while coaching others.
