• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience as an Enterprise SDR.

Responsibilities

• Regularly lead client conversations and position Toptal’s vision.
• Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop sales-ready opportunities.
• Research clients and stay informed on industry trends.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives to schedule qualified meetings.
• Support growth by evolving demand-generation strategies.
