Job summary

Toptal, a global network of top talent, is seeking an Enterprise SDR to drive growth by identifying opportunities with target clients, generating new business, and setting up qualified meetings for the sales team. This remote role requires US work authorization and English-language resumes.

You will prospect, educate, and collaborate with Sales Executives, using Zoom and Slack to communicate, nurture relationships, and expand the client base while aligning with Toptal's fast-paced, borderless

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1-3 years of experience as an Enterprise SDR.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and passionate about sales.
• Ability to work with global remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand current and future demand and enable the sales force to position the practice with clients.
• Generate leads and opportunities from unsigned clients and accounts via lead-gen and cold-calling.
• Build rapport with future Enterprise clients and stay informed on industry trends.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives to schedule qualified meetings.
• Contribute to evolving demand generation strategy and tactics.
