Job summary

Toptal is a global network of top talent enabling companies to scale teams remotely. We seek an Enterprise SDR to drive growth by identifying opportunities with target clients and generating qualified meetings for our sales team.

You will lead outreach, educate prospects on Toptal’s vision, and collaborate with Sales Executives to advance opportunities. This is a fully remote US role requiring English and work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1–3 years as an Enterprise SDR.
• Broad understanding of enterprise client challenges.
• Critical thinking to uncover opportunities.
• Relentlessness and perseverance.
• Curiosity about people, problems, industries.
• Proactive, self-motivated with hunting mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities with target clients and qualify leads.
• Lead client conversations, presenting Toptal’s vision on innovation and experience topics.
• Prospect via lead-generation activities and cold-calling to develop sales-ready leads.
• Collaborate with team and Sales Executives to pursue opportunities and schedule meetings.
• Attend virtual team meetings and utilize Zoom/Slack for collaboration.
