Job summary

Assemble is hiring a Sales Development Representative for Board.org. This fully remote role targets executives at large enterprises and focuses on outbound outreach across social media, email, and phone to recruit new memberships in our executive communities.

You will engage directors and above at major companies, balancing speed with thoughtful, high-aptitude outreach. The team is based in Austin but remote work is available nationwide.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in business development preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with senior executives at large companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform both cold and warm outreach to schedule quality sales presentations and drive participation.
• Learn messaging and tailor it to each prospect.
• Screen out unqualified prospects.
• Create thought leadership and sales enablement.
• Develop expertise in the Board topics you represent.
