Job summary

Assemble is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join the Board.org Sales Team. You will engage C-suite and director-level leaders at large enterprises via phone, email and social media, building conversations that lead to new memberships in executive communities.

You will learn our messaging, tailor outreach, and develop expertise in topics spanning data strategy, privacy and inclusion to drive qualified opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent discipline or experience.
• 1+ years in business development preferred.
• Track record of surpassing personal and organizational goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Relentless drive to succeed.
• Experience engaging with senior executives a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound outreach to schedule quality sales presentations.
• Tell our story in a compelling way that resonates with prospects.
• Screen and exclude unqualified prospects.
• Create thought leadership and sales enablement materials.
• Develop subject-matter expertise on Board topics you represent.
