Job summary

Assemble is seeking Sales Development Representatives to drive new memberships in our executive communities. You will conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage senior leaders at large enterprises and schedule high-quality conversations with our membership prospects.

The role is fully remote with a national scope, requiring strong communication, a consultative approach, and the ability to move quickly in a fast-growing tech startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
• 1+ years in business development ideally preferred.
• Consistent record of surpassing personal and organizational goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Relentless drive to succeed.
• Experience with senior executives at large companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound and inbound outreach to schedule quality sales presentations.
• Learn messaging to convey value and tailor it to each prospect.
• Screen out unqualified prospects.
• Create thought leadership and sales enablement.
• Develop expertise in the topic of the Board you represent.
