Job summary

Assemble is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Board.org sales team. This fully remote role focuses on outbound outreach to senior executives at large enterprises, using phone, email, and social media to start conversations and qualify opportunities.

You will work with a mission-driven team, with a 45-60 day sales cycle and a culture that values ethics and collaboration. Location in eligible states preferred; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year in business development or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound outreach to schedule quality sales presentations.
• Learn messaging and tailor it to each prospect to demonstrate value.
• Screen out unqualified prospects to focus on high-potential opportunities.
• Create thought leadership and sales enablement materials.
• Develop expertise in Board you represent and target enterprise executives.
