Job summary

ABCO Facility Maintenance is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive & Team Manager to develop new enterprise business, expand strategic accounts, and lead the account management team. This role is remote and focused on building long-term customer relationships and scalable revenue growth.

You will manage complex sales cycles from initial contact to contract execution, forecast pipeline, and mentor team members across functions to ensure an outstanding client experience.

Qualifications

• Develop enterprise opportunities through proactive prospecting and strategic outreach.
• Lead and coach the account management team; set KPIs and accountability.
• Build executive relationships with C-suite, facilities, and real estate leaders.
• Manage complex sales cycles from initial contact to contract execution.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Generate new enterprise opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals and strategic outreach.
• Build relationships with executive decision-makers including C-suite executives, Facility Directors, Operations Leaders, Procurement Teams, and Real Estate professionals.
• Develop strategic account plans focused on long-term recurring revenue.
• Manage complex sales cycles from initial contact through contract execution.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
