Job summary

ABCO Facility Maintenance is seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive & Team Manager to develop new enterprise business, expand strategic accounts, and lead the Account Management Team. This remote, full-time leadership role focuses on creating opportunities, closing complex commercial agreements, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

The ideal candidate will maintain an active sales pipeline, provide coaching, and drive accountability across the team to achieve scalable revenue

Responsibilities

• Generate new enterprise opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
• Build relationships with executive decision-makers including C-suite executives, Facility Directors, Operations Leaders, Procurement Teams, and Real Estate professionals.
• Develop strategic account plans focused on long-term recurring revenue.
• Manage complex sales cycles from initial contact through contract execution.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
