Job summary

ABCO Facility Maintenance is a trusted provider of commercial facility maintenance, emergency response, and capital repair services, seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive & Team Manager to drive enterprise growth from a remote position.

You will lead the account management team, develop strategies for national and regional customers, and maintain a robust sales pipeline while coaching a high-performing group to achieve revenue goals and excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Generate new enterprise opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
• Build relationships with executive decision-makers including C-suite executives, Facility Directors, Operations Leaders, Procurement Teams, and Real Estate professionals.
• Develop strategic account plans focused on long-term recurring revenue.
• Manage complex sales cycles from initial contact through contract execution.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
