The role focuses on building executive relationships with C-suite and real estate professionals, managing complex sales cycles, and growing recurring revenue across national accounts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B sales of facility maintenance or related services.
• Proven record of developing new business and managing complex sales cycles.
• Experience leading account management teams and mentoring staff.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise business and expand strategic accounts.
• Lead, coach, and manage the Account Management Team.
• Maintain active sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, Sub-Vendor Team, Project Management, Billing, and Executive Leadership to ensure client satisfaction.
• Drive revenue growth through executive-level relationships and service expansion.
