You will own the functional workstreams, manage timelines, and coordinate across product, engineering, and customer teams to deliver measurable outcomes. The role emphasizes business process design, configuration decisions, training, and change enablement, with up to 50% travel and remote work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in implementation consulting, project management, business analysis, customer success, or customer-facing SaaS deployment roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional implementation workstream for enterprise customer deployments from project kickoff through go-live, with accountability for delivery quality and outcomes.
• Own implementation timelines, milestone tracking, risk management, and cross-functional coordination across internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Facilitate discovery and requirements workshops to understand customer business processes, objectives, and success criteria.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, well-documented configuration plans, including hazard and task libraries, templates, workflows, and role-based permissions.
• Lead customer status meetings, steering committees, and cross-functional alignment sessions to foster transparency and trust.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and artifacts to support repeatable delivery practices.
