Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in implementation consulting or related roles.
• Experience leading enterprise software deployments.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable configuration and process solutions.
• PM capabilities: timelines, milestones, risk management, dependencies.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with an agile, solution-oriented approach.
• Prioritize multiple initiatives with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional implementation workstream for enterprise deployments from kickoff to go-live.
• Own implementation timelines, milestone tracking, risk management, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Facilitate discovery and requirements workshops, translating business needs into configuration plans.
• Partner with Technical/Solution Consultants on integrations, SSO, data migration, and environment setup.
• Lead customer status meetings, steering committees, and maintain project documentation.
• Provide guidance to maximize customer value from the platform.
• Support training strategy and adoption activities.
• Coordinate UAT planning and go-live readiness.
