Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in implementation consulting or related SaaS deployment roles.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into configuration and process solutions.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and risk tracking.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative, agile, customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional implementation workstream from kickoff to go-live.
• Own timelines, milestones, risks, and cross-team coordination.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to map customer processes.
• Translate requirements into configuration plans with templates and permissions.
• Lead status meetings and ensure transparent delivery.
• Prepare project documentation and artefacts.
• Partner with Technical/Solution Consultants for alignment.
