Job summary

Itron, Inc. is seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant to lead technical workstreams for enterprise customers. You will own deployment configurations, including SSO, data migrations, and integrations, collaborating with Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver secure, scalable live environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical leadership rather than overall project ownership, with travel up to 25% and remote work within the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in enterprise SaaS implementations or related deployment roles.
• Proven experience leading technical workstreams for enterprise software deployments.
• Hands-on with SSO technologies (SAML, OIDC, SCIM) and API-based integrations.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable technical configurations.
• Strong troubleshooting across authentication, integrations, and environment setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation workstream from kickoff to go-live with emphasis on quality and outcomes.
• Configure SSO, user provisioning, and identity architectures to meet security needs.
• Design and validate integrations with upstream/downstream systems and data flows.
• Plan data migrations and environment configurations with repeatable patterns.
• Coordinate with Customer Success and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs post-live.
• Develop reusable tooling, templates, and best practices for scalable deployments.
