Job summary

Itron, Inc. invites an Implementation Consultant (Functional/Project Lead) to drive the successful deployment of our SaaS platform for enterprise utilities. This role focuses on aligning business processes, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering on-time, high-quality deployments for critical infrastructure customers.

Location is United States (Remote) with up to 50% travel. You will own configuration decisions, collaborate with technical delivery teams, and lead workshops to ensure customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years in implementation consulting or related SaaS deployment roles.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable configuration and processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional implementation workstream from kickoff to go-live.
• Own timelines, milestones, risk management, and cross-team coordination.
• Conduct discovery workshops to map customer processes.
• Translate requirements into documented configuration plans.
• Partner with technical consultants to align functional and technical work.
• Lead status meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Provide guidance to maximize value from the platform.
