Job summary

Itron, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant (Functional/Project Lead) to drive the functional workstreams and project management for our SaaS deployments to enterprise utility customers.

You will design configurations, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure on‑time implementations that deliver measurable business value. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, process design, and change enablement, with up to 50% travel and remote work as needed to deliver high‑impact customer

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in implementation consulting, project management, business analysis, customer success, or SaaS deployment roles.
Strong ability to translate customer requirements into scalable configuration and process solutions.
Proven project management capabilities including timeline management and risk identification.

Responsibilities

Lead functional implementation workstreams for enterprise deployments from kickoff to go-live.
Own timelines, milestones, risk management, and stakeholder coordination across teams.
Facilitate requirements workshops and translate business needs into configuration plans.
Partner with technical teams to align functional requirements with technical activities.
