Job summary

Itron, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant (Functional/Project Lead) to drive enterprise SaaS deployments for utilities and energy customers. You will lead functional workstreams, align business processes, and manage timelines from kickoff to go-live.

This hands-on leadership role partners with technical delivery teams and stakeholders, delivering repeatable, value-driven implementations across environments, with up to 50% travel and remote work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in implementation consulting, project management, or SaaS deployment roles.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable configuration solutions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional implementation workstream for enterprise deployments from kickoff through go-live.
• Own implementation timelines, milestones, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to map customer processes and success criteria.
• Translate business requirements into configuration plans for hazards, templates, workflows, and permissions.
• Collaborate with Technical/Solution Consultants to align functional and technical activities.
• Maintain project documentation and support repeatable delivery practices.
• Act as trusted advisor to maximize customer value from the platform.
